Since I was a small child I have been fascinated with food, and the older I got the clearer it
became that all I wanted to be was a chef.

 

I mixed catering college with working in a
restaurant till I gained my qualifications and then jumped straight into one of
Manchester’s busiest restaurants, Australasia.

 

My love for Asian food was nurtured
and developed here and a lot of my food takes influence from that time of my career.
As I progressed through my culinary adventure, I made sure to experience as many
different sides of the industry as possible, working across hotels, small
independents, rosette establishments like El Gato Negro and Michelin star
restaurants such as Gilpin Lodge, each of which helped me develop and perfect a
set of skills I now pass on to individual clients across the world.

 

The Greeen Miles
was born out of a desire to work closer with people and help them experience the
most bespoke personal dining experiences.

 

I love the connection made with each
client and seeing their culinary needs fulfilled and the happiness that comes with
that. Whether that’s meal prep to help people achieve their goals or large private
dining to make sure the best nights are accompanied by the perfect meal.

The Greeen Miles is a Prestigious Brand that is accessible to everyone, all I aim to
